• Prices
include: water, gas, electricity, all linen, shaded car park
space near the mini-villa, private access to the beach and
its shaded car park, etc.
• The mini-villa must be
left as clean as it was when you arrived. (optional cleaning
for Type 2: € 60, Type 3: € 90)
• Tourist tax extra (€
0.63 per person per day).
• Payment method: Euro cheque,
postal order, cash, travellers cheques, holiday vouchers.
No credit or debit cards.

• Weekly rental is from Sunday
to Sunday for mini-villas (Types 2 and 3).
• Rental is for 7 consecutive nights.
• Check-in between 17:00 and 21:00 and check-out no
later than 09:30 on day of departure.
• No additional persons admitted.
• A deposit of € 750 (Types 2 and 3) is payable
on the day of arrival, and will be refunded on the day of
departure.
• Pets are not accepted for reasons of hygiene.
